For instance, if you're going to eat chicken breasts several times, you can cook all of them at once and save quite of bit of cooking time. Even if you can't cook all of the food, you should try to prepare as much as you can. Go ahead and cut your vegetables up and mix up that marinade your going to need. Anything you can do will save you time during the week.

 

  • Get ready the night before- It can be hard to get your lunch ready to take to work when you still have to get ready and eat breakfast. It can be a big help to go ahead and get your lunch ready the night before. You can also get your snacks ready so you don't have to worry about anything when you wake up in the morning. This way if you're running late, you can just grab your food and run out the door.

First of all, you might plan to have snacks with you at all times. This way if you have to work late, you'll still be able to go home and cook.
